Regular guests at the hotel, never disappointed.... Reasonably priced bar drinks and good service. Always nice to see a familiar happy faces. Sultan, at breakfast, cheery,helpful and courteous. Thanks to Yolanda in the kitchen for a bangin' breakfast!

Thank you for yet another delightful stay at this lovely hotel. This was my second visit, and it continues to charm with its funky and cozy atmosphere. A big thank you is owed to Asfand for the outstanding service provided. His attention to detail and dedication truly made my stay memorable. Special appreciation also goes out to the two lovely ladies at the front desk, Liliana and Zenovia. Asfand and his team exemplify excellence in hospitality. Also on top ,their assistance with my many box storage went above and beyond expectations, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction!

Stay and staff is awesome. Specially Sabrina . She was very helpful . Food was amazing . Despite of very heavy crowd due to conference still they managed very efficiently.

Stayed at Excel for a Conference

Stayed 6 days at the Ibis for a conference at the Excel. Great location. Walking distance and 2 minutes walk to custom house station and DLR. Straight trip from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line Room was fine. Had everything l needed. The pod type shower , a bit like a cruise ship bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water. Great help from staff. A shout out to Shamima who helped me post a parcel, who new it could be so difficult to do. After a failed attempt to get a parcel pickup.She found the post office for me and directions to get there. I would stay here again if going to the Excel or O2

Stayed at the Ibis for work and the staff were great Particularly Portia who was welcoming, polite, and couldn’t help my colleagues and myself more. Room was basic but serviced the purpose
